After your virtual training, you’ll spend a week at our headquarters with our Franchise Founder, Spencer Freiman, and our corporate HQ team for an intensive hands-on training experience. Here, you’ll work under the guidance of our expert trainers, practicing everything from designing intricate lighting systems to installing them on different types of properties. By the end of this in-person training, you will be ready to hit the ground running.
